Basic scientific research project completed field test review

On November 3, Tyrida participated in thekey project of basic scientific research program "Typical connector LSPfatigue resistance process and equipment", and completed the test andreview in the company.

In view of the urgent need to improve thedesign life and extend the service life of key parts of the aircraft mainbearing structure, the project carried out research on anti-fatigue technologyand equipment of laser shock peening for aircraft structural parts,significantly improved their fatigue performance, and realized the applicationof laser shock peening engineering for aircraft structural parts. Based on thestrengthening scheme of "component fixed, beam moving", Tyridadeveloped the laser shock peening equipment for moving beam in-situstrengthening of large structural parts, formed the laser shock peening processregulations for typical parts of aircraft structure, and demonstrated the lasershock peening processing of aircraft main bearing frame on the test and reviewsite.
